We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our dealer network through exceptional customer service and innovative support tools. We're looking for an experienced tile industry professional to join our team as a Training & Product Specialist to lead employee training and product education initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of marble, stone, and porcelain tile products and a passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others. Develop and deliver hands-on training sessions, orientations, and ongoing coaching for sales and customer service teams on products, collections, and industry topics. Create product knowledge courses, guides, spec sheets, and installation resources used by staff and customers on our website. Conduct new product training and ongoing employee development sessions. Coach and mentor employees to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer service skills. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs. Partner with leadership, marketing, and HR to develop training content and learning resources. Assist with product literature, specification sheets, installation guides, and educational website content. Support substitute-selling initiatives and product recommendations. Provide feedback on existing inventory and potential new product offerings. Maintain current knowledge of tile industry standards, including TCNA and NSI standards and installation best practices. Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
