In this role, you will design and lead age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support each child's developmental stage. You'll build strong relationships with families, maintain a well-organized and compliant classroom, and uphold high standards for health and safety. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards and policies. Support children's social-emotional development and behavior. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
