Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress. Build positive, professional relationships with families. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programs. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards and policies. Support children's social-emotional development and behavior. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
