Renowned for quality and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a market leader in South Florida's flooring industry for over fifty years, providing exceptional products, professional sales assistance, and expert installation services. About the Role Dolphin Carpet & Tile is hiring an experienced Flooring Installation Manager to manage our installation crews and keep every job running smoothly at our Deerfield Beach installation center. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on staying organized, solving problems on the fly, and keeping communication flowing between sales, customers, and the field. If you have a background in flooring, along with project management, trade scheduling, or dispatching experience, we want to hear from you. This position is open immediately. What You'll Do Coordinate the daily scheduling of flooring installations and repairs Manage and oversee the flooring crews operating out of this location Recruit and hire installation crews Communicate daily with sales professionals and customers to ensure jobs stay on track Follow up on completed installations and repairs to confirm customer satisfaction Conduct occasional inspections of jobsites for quality assurance Oversee warehouse operations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in floorcovering/flooring installation required Proven ability to manage and lead crews Strong communication skills — comfortable working with sales teams and customers daily Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Prior experience in project management, trade scheduling, or dispatching is a plus Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
