Pay:

$18-$24/hour, based on experience. Lewis Bathroom Remodeling is looking for a skilled, experienced installer to join our team in Jacksonville/NE FL. We specialize in residential bathroom remodels, and we need someone who can walk onto a job site and handle tile work with minimal supervision. Tile installation experience is required — this is not an entry-level position. What you'll be doing: Full bathroom remodel installations: tile (floors, walls, showers), fixtures, vanities, and finish work Reading and following project plans/specs accurately Working alongside subcontractors and coordinating on multi-trade jobs Maintaining quality and attention to detail on every job — this work represents our name to the customer

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on tile installation experience (required) Bathroom remodeling experience strongly preferred Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license Own basic hand tools Ability to lift [50 lbs], stand/kneel for extended periods Punctual, reliable, and takes pride in clean, precise work Nice to have: Experience with waterproofing systems (Schluter, RedGard, etc.) Plumbing or electrical rough-in familiarity
