We will provide hands-on training to the right candidate. Training & Certification Every OX Floors Installation Helper receives structured, hands-on training to learn our systems, equipment, processes, and quality standards.
Training includes:
Concrete grinding and surface preparation Concrete and crack repair Coating mixing and application Polyurea and polyaspartic systems Flake broadcast and topcoat application Professional equipment operation Job-site safety Quality control Proper cleanup and jobsite procedures Upon successful completion of the OX Floors training program, you will receive a Concrete Coating Installation Training Certificate , demonstrating your completion of our hands-on installation training and understanding of professional concrete coating installation procedures. Successful employees will also have the opportunity to advance within the installation team and develop the skills necessary to become a Lead Installer / Crew Leader . What You'll Do As an Installation Helper, you will work alongside experienced installers to help complete residential concrete coating projects from preparation through completion. Installation & Production Assist with residential concrete coating installations Help grind and properly prepare concrete surfaces Assist with concrete and crack repairs Help mix and apply coating systems Assist with decorative flake broadcast and topcoat application Learn to properly operate professional grinding and coating equipment Maintain production efficiency while meeting company quality standards Follow all OX Floors installation procedures Jobsite Responsibilities Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe Load, unload, clean, and maintain installation equipment Assist with maintaining company trailers and tools Help protect the homeowner's property during installation Complete proper cleanup at the end of each project Follow directions from the Lead Installer and Crew Leader Customer Experience Maintain a professional and respectful attitude around homeowners Treat every customer's property with care Represent OX Floors professionally on every job Help ensure every project meets OX Floors quality standards Our projects include garages, patios, driveways, walkways, and other residential concrete surfaces .
