The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of multiple facility maintenance and specialty cleaning projects throughout South Florida. This position ensures all work is completed safely, on schedule, within company standards, and in accordance with client expectations. The Project Supervisor serves as the primary field representative for assigned projects, supervising technicians, coordinating equipment and materials, performing quality inspections, and maintaining communication with the Project Manager and clients. The following are examples only and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive; other duties may be assigned, as necessary. Supervise multiple job sites simultaneously. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract specifications. Coordinate daily schedules for crews, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and adjust manpower as necessary. Directly supervise field technicians and temporary labor. Conduct job briefings and safety meetings. Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Perform quality inspections and resolve deficiencies. Monitor equipment, supplies, and PPE inventory. Submit daily reports, attendance records, photographs, and inspection reports. Ensure OSHA compliance and proper PPE usage. Ensure labor hours are maintained within budget. Ensure daily reports are submitted by the end of shift. Ensure client issues are acknowledged within 2 hours. Monitor equipment to minimize downtime. Additional duties as assigned.

Projects may include:

Commercial floor care (VCT, LVT, terrazzo, marble, ceramic, concrete, carpets). Soft wash and pressure cleaning. Window cleaning. Flood and emergency response. Disinfection services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma required. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in janitorial, floor care services, or a related field. Experience supervising multiple crews. Comprehensive knowledge of floor care procedures and industry best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer service skills to effectively and professionally manage clients' expectations. Solid time management skills, along with the ability to plan, organize, and deliver tasks. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find effective solutions. Basic computer skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Pressure washing experience (preferred). Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency response assignments based on work demands is required. Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment screening including Level II Background Check, Drug Test, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent walking and standing. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
