Heavenly Hearts Cleaning Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to provide janitorial services at a Department of the Army facility in Ocala, Florida. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent supplemental income or a second job with a set three-day-per-week schedule. Pay & Schedule $20.52 per hour Monday, Wednesday & Friday 3.5 hours per day 10.5 hours per week W-2 position Consistent weekly schedule Job Duties Responsibilities include routine commercial cleaning such as restrooms, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, common-area cleaning, and other required janitorial duties. This position also includes periodic floor-care services. The employee must be willing and able to perform floor stripping and waxing annually and carpet cleaning when applicable, including the use of commercial floor-care equipment. Requirements Applicants should have commercial cleaning experience and be dependable, able to work independently, follow cleaning specifications, and have reliable transportation. Experience with stripping and waxing floors and carpet cleaning is preferred. Because the work is performed at a Department of the Army facility, candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening and meet all requirements necessary to gain access to the facility.
