Requirements:

Promote goodwill with customers who own, purchase, or specify Data Power Technology Group (DPT) equipment and ensure their customer experience is positive Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair cooling towers Install new or remodeled Infrastructure Solutions, includes but not limited to raised floors and structured ceilings Maintain good working relationships with DPT Sales Engineers and customers through verbal and written correspondence
