Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manual labor and or construction, with the ability to work independently and efficiently on various projects. On job instruction/training will be provided, as well as tools. We install anything hard surface with the inclusion of carpet tiles. A typical work week is Monday - Friday with a start time of 8am. The amount of hours worked in a day can vary depending on the job that day. Room for initial pay increase based on skill. Responsibilities Must have your own form of transportation to & from job sites Tear out/prep of the work area Must be able to comfortably lift at least 35 lbs You must provide your own preferred light weight gloves and soft knee pads Skills Handling power tools & hand tools Taking measurements Basic manual labor
