Overview Join our dynamic team as a Night Auditor at our welcoming suburban hotel! This energetic role is perfect for detail-oriented hospitality professionals who thrive during overnight hours and enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences. As the Night Auditor, you will ensure smooth nightly operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Oversee the night shift operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Prepare and review daily reports, ensuring accuracy in revenue and occupancy data while maintaining detailed logs of activities Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest relations to enhance their stay Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and internal communications seamlessly Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a smooth transition between shifts and uphold high standards of customer service Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of guest services and client communication Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable hotel reservation software Exceptional customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele with ease Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being during overnight hours Strong phone communication skills with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Previous resort or hotel experience is a plus, especially in roles involving night audit responsibilities or guest relations Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference! Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
