Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Perform buffing and finishing tasks to enhance the appearance of installed flooring. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
