Personnel Plus, Inc is now hiring for Construction Labor to support residential and commercial projects throughout Magic Valley, Idaho.

Pay and Schedule:

Full Time This role offers flexibility in scheduling. Positions are available under two different arrangements: Monday – Friday schedule: 8:30 AM start, end time varies (typically end of day or 4:30 PM) Project-based schedule: Hours and days vary based on project requirements; weekend work possible Pay starts at $17/hour DOE What you will do Rough and Finish framing Flooring Drywall/Sheet rock installation Concrete pouring and finishing Structural steel installation General job site clean up Other duties as assigned What you'll need: Employee is expected to work their entire shift each day. Must be able to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs. Ability to repetitively bend, stoop, kneel, and squat throughout shift. Ability to reach, push, pull, twist, manually grasp, and handle throughout shift. Perform tasks with sound judgement to overcome challenges Work safely while exposed to moving mechanical parts Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
