Hardwood Flooring Installer Reddy's Hardwood Flooring is looking for an experienced hardwood flooring installer to join our team. We specialize in hardwood flooring and take a lot of pride in doing the job right. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, pays attention to detail, and wants steady, long-term work with a good company. Responsibilities Install hardwood flooring from start to finish Repair or install subflooring when needed Install trim, molding, transitions, and related finish work Sand and refinish new and existing hardwood floors Use flooring tools and equipment safely and properly Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Travel to job sites in company vehicles from our Addison shop Follow company procedures and job-site safety standards Work independently or with the crew depending on the job Make sure the finished work meets our quality standards Requirements Previous hardwood flooring installation experience Experience with sanding and refinishing Ability to show examples of past work Comfortable using flooring tools, sanders, and equipment Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and able to keep a clean work area Valid driver's license Able to travel to job sites throughout the area Able to handle the physical demands of hardwood flooring work Available for occasional overtime when needed Certifications, hardwood flooring classes, NWFA training, or other industry training are a plus. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and understands that the little details matter. Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
