Experienced Flooring Installer — Dixon, IL Vinyl Tile & Hardwood | Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided Would you like to work for a company that's growing, with real room for advancement? About the role We're hiring a installer to put in vinyl tile and hardwood flooring in residential homes throughout our service area. You'll drive a company van, use company-provided tools, and work as part of a small team that takes real pride in the finished product. This isn't a revolving-door crew — we invest in our people and expect them to stick around and grow with us. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overtime and bonus opportunities Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days $300/month health insurance allowance 401(k) plan available Company van, fuel card, and all tools provided $40/month cell phone allowance Full-time, Monday through Friday (no weekends) On-the-job training and clear path for advancement What you'll do Install vinyl tile, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood flooring in residential homes. Work directly with homeowners, designers, and our office team to deliver installations that meet our quality standards. Keep your van, tools, and job sites organized and professional. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a trim carpenter, finish carpenter, cabinet installer, millwork installer, wood floor installer, or similar skilled carpentry role Confident and safe with table saws, miter saws, circular saws, routers, nail guns, and standard hand and power tools At least 1 year of customer-facing experience — our clients expect both craftsmanship and professionalism in their homes High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs overhead Able to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening Who thrives here Honest, reliable people who take pride in their work and sweat the details.
