|4-Day Work Week | Paid Training We're hiring hardworking installers to join a growing concrete floor coating company serving the Chicagoland area. If you like working with your hands, being part of a crew, and seeing the finished result of your work, this is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. No floor coating experience required , we train the right people.

What You'll Do You'll work with a crew to install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces.

Daily tasks include:

Grinding and prepping concrete floors Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings Moving materials and equipment Keeping job sites clean and organized Working with a team to complete projects efficiently We're Looking For People Who Show up on time and ready to work Have a strong work ethic Enjoy hands-on work Work well with a team Want to learn a skilled trade Take pride in doing quality work Experience in these industries is helpful but not required: Construction Concrete Home improvement Landscaping Painting General labor Many installers grow into: Lead Technicians Crew Leaders Operations Roles Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Comfortable working on your feet most of the day Ability to bend, kneel, and work with tools Comfortable working in garages and job site environments
