Mister Real Flooring & Bath LLC is looking for an experienced, reliable Flooring Installer specializing in luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier craftsmanship and exceptional service to our residential and light commercial clients. Daily Operations & Responsibilities:

Perform professional installation of click-lock, floating, and glue-down luxury vinyl plank (LVP), vinyl tile, and laminate flooring. Conduct thorough interior surface preparation, including removing old flooring, scraping, patching, and leveling subfloors. Accurately measure, cut, and layout materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Install finish trim, transitions, baseboards, and quarter-round to deliver a polished, completed project. Safely transport hand tools and materials to local, interior job sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the project.

Requirements & Physical Demands:

Proven experience installing LVP, laminate, and engineered wood flooring. Proficiency using standard, non-heavy trade tools (laminate choppers, miter saws, utility knives, and hand tools). Ability to perform standard physical tasks including lifting material boxes, kneeling, and bending for extended periods. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal or commercial vehicle for local daily commuting to job sites (no out-of-state travel required). Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
