Mister Real Flooring & Bath LLC is seeking a highly skilled Tile & Bathroom Remodel Installer to handle custom residential and light commercial projects. We specialize in high-end tile work and advanced bathroom surface renovations. If you are an expert craftsman who takes immense pride in flawless layouts, precise cuts, and bulletproof waterproofing, we want to offer you a steady, rewarding home on our team.

Daily Operations & Responsibilities:

Perform expert installation of ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic tile on interior floors, shower walls, and kitchen backsplashes. Execute complete wet-area surface preparation, including installing cement backer boards, leveling surfaces, and applying industry-standard topical waterproofing membranes or foam systems (e.g., Schluter-Kerdi, Wedi). Accurately layout tile patterns to ensure perfect symmetry, correct grout lines, and clean finishes around bathroom fixtures. Mix thinset mortar and grout to exact specifications, and apply professional-grade sealants to completed projects. Safely transport hand tools and materials to local, interior job sites. Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment inside client homes.

Requirements & Physical Demands:

Proven, multi-year experience in custom tile setting and complete shower pan/wall preparation. Deep understanding of modern bathroom waterproofing methods and layout geometry. Proficiency with standard trade tools (wet saws, angle grinders, trowels, manual tile cutters, and hand tools). Ability to perform standard physical tasks including lifting heavy thinset/grout bags, kneeling, and working in tight bathroom layouts for extended periods. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local daily commuting to job sites (no out-of-state travel required).
