Job Description

Premier Flooring is one of the leading flooring companies in the Louisville area and has experienced significant growth recently! As a result, we are looking for a Field Representative to join our team! We are looking for someone who shares our core values:

Knowledgeable in installation process for different flooring surfaces including, carpet, laminate, sheet vinyl, vinyl plank, solid hardwoods, engineered hardwoods, and tile. Previous flooring installation experience required. Establish, build and nurture relationships with builders/superintendents as the go-to resource for on going flooring install projects. Ability to troubleshoot installation issues while jobs are in progress to prevent delays. Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone. Strong problem solving and customer service skills. Time Management skills - Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines. Problem Solver. Be Adaptable, Detailed, Self‐motivated, and Accountable. Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Maintain communication and relationships with builders/superintendents as the point of contact for ongoing projects. Monitor builder timelines for estimated project start dates to ensure inspections are completed. Conduct job-site pre-checks readiness or issues prior to installations. Conduct job-site post-checks after installation for quality checks. Ability to repair all flooring surface types and preform minor small repairs to avoid missing closing dates. Perform warranty repairs after homeowner has moved in. Preform "Troubleshoots" inspections to take pictures, readings, and gather information needed for possible claims process, if necessary. Maintain Track-Via with a required documentation for all assigned projects.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
