This position starts at approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as our workload grows. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates professionally, and treats every customer's home with respect. Responsibilities Assist with home repairs and remodeling projects Jobsite setup and cleanup Demolition and material handling Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general labor Material pickups and tool organization Occasionally assist with light marketing or company projects during slower periods Qualifications 21 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic hand tools Able to lift 75+ lbs. Pass a background check Construction experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
