We'll train you to install our premium garage floor coating systems. Do you take pride in clean, detailed work? Do you enjoy physical, hands-on work and seeing a finished product at the end of the day? PremierGarage of Southern Maine is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our installation team. We install premium garage flooring, cabinetry, and storage systems throughout Southern Maine. No garage flooring or epoxy experience is required—we will train the right person. We're much more interested in your work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and hands-on skills than experience with any particular type of flooring or coating. People with backgrounds in painting, construction, flooring, carpentry, auto body, drywall finishing, concrete work, property maintenance, or other hands-on trades may be a great fit. What You'll Do Prepare concrete surfaces using professional grinding equipment Install premium garage floor coating systems Install garage cabinetry and storage systems as needed Use tools and equipment safely and properly Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners Deliver high-quality finished work you can be proud of You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have experience in painting, construction, flooring, carpentry, or another hands-on trade Are comfortable working with tools and equipment Care about detail and craftsmanship Enjoy physical work and being active throughout the day Are dependable, punctual, and ready to work Can work independently and solve problems Take pride in doing a job correctly—not just getting it done Want to learn a new skill and grow with the company Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past two years Reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work Comfortable using tools and learning new equipment and techniques Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience driving a trailer is a plus What We Offer Excellent pay Paid training Health and dental benefits Matching 401(k) contributions Paid time off Paid holidays Year-round work Opportunity to learn a specialized trade with a growing local company If you already know how to work with your hands, take pride in doing quality work, and are interested in learning a new trade, we'd like to hear from you.
