Job Description

Ceramic Tile Installer Job Location:
Kalamazoo, MI Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled tile installation professionals to help complete our residential remodeling projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently deliver high-quality workmanship become our preferred partners for recurring jobs throughout the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
Install ceramic floor tile in an approximately 84 sq. ft. kitchen (12' × 7') using a straight grid pattern. Install floor tile in an approximately 49 sq. ft. bathroom (7' × 7') using a 50% staggered (brick) pattern. Install customer-supplied ceramic tile backsplash measuring approximately 18 sq. ft. (2' × 9'). Final layout will be confirmed prior to installation. Perform professional layout, cutting, fitting, grouting, and final cleanup. Cut tile around walls, cabinets, doorways, and other necessary obstructions. Leave the work area clean and remove normal installation debris.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of professional ceramic tile installation experience. Must provide all necessary tile installation tools. Must have reliable transportation. Must take clear before, during, and after photos of the project. Must maintain a clean, professional job site and remove all installation debris upon completion. Ability to communicate professionally with the project manager and homeowner.
PAY Pay:
$1000.00 Pay is issued on a Net 7 payment schedule following project completion and required documentation. Reliable, quality installers who consistently deliver exceptional workmanship will receive opportunities for ongoing residential projects with Sentri Homes nationwide.
