Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in Michigan Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience serving pediatric populations, preferably within a school environment Strong familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans and interventions Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights and recommendations Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Provide direct speech and language interventions and support within classroom and pull-out settings
