SCOPE OF WORK

Remove existing water-damaged wood plank flooring throughout lower-level living area (entry hallway, living room, second hallway, bathroom, laundry room, and closets) Prep and inspect subfloor/framing for rot or water damage prior to install; flag any additional repair needs before proceeding Inspect accessible crawl space near closet for moisture/mold source Install ceramic/porcelain tile throughout all listed areas, including underlayment, transition strips, and trim Grout and seal all tile work Full jobsite cleanup upon completion

JOB DETAILS

Start date: Approx. 2 weeks from contract signing (exact date TBD — homeowner requesting 3-4 days' notice before crew arrival) Estimated duration: [ Add based on ~475 sq ft of tile demo/install ] Site details: Lakefront home, lower level only (entry, living room, 2 hallways, bathroom, laundry room, closets); concrete slab subfloor; crawl space accessible via closet Point of contact: Allyssa / allyssa@sentrihomes.comm / 208-725-3512 REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $1625.00.
