Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skill set and be proficient in various software applications to coordinate schedules and appointments effectively.
Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling:
You'll answer phone calls to our dedicated scheduling line and book appointments for installations. Efficiently managing the schedule is essential to ensure smooth operations.
Appointment Reminders:
Two days before scheduled appointments, you'll call customers to remind them of their installation day and time. This proactive approach helps reduce no-shows and ensures excellent customer service.
Email Communication:
In addition to phone calls, you'll send reminder emails to customers. Clear communication via email is crucial for keeping customers informed.
Customer Follow-Up:
After installations, you'll follow up with customers to inquire about their level of service satisfaction. Gathering feedback helps improve processes and maintain high-quality service.
Scheduler Qualifications:
Flooring Scheduling Knowledge (Essential): Since your center deals with installations, familiarity with flooring or home improvement scheduling is necessary.
Previous Clerical or Administrative Experience:
Having experience in administrative tasks will be beneficial. You'll handle appointments, emails, and phone calls effectively.
Computer Literacy:
Ability to learn basic computer programs and processes is essential for managing schedules and communication.
Excellent Phone Manners:
Your communication skills over the phone matter. A friendly and professional phone manner ensures positive interactions with customers.
Advanced Organizational Skills:
As a Scheduler, you'll manage multiple appointments and schedules. Strong organizational skills are necessary.

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
scheduling home improvements: 3 years (Required)
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 50.0 per week
