Job Description

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Tile Helper to join our team at Fourth Generation Tile . This is a great opportunity to learn the trade and grow with an experienced crew that takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Assist tile setters with preparing surfaces for tile installation (cleaning, leveling, and measuring areas) Mix mortar, grout, and other materials as needed Cut and lay out tiles under the direction of the lead tile setter Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the day Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Perform other general labor tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to and from job sites Basic knowledge of tools and construction safety is a plus Must be punctual and dependable
