Job Description

Concrete Lifting & Floor Coatings Technician PolyMagic - Belton, Missouri 951 Locust Hill Circle, Belton, MO 64012 Full-Time | $19-$24/hour, based on experience | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities PolyMagic is growing and looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Lifting & Floor Coatings Technician to join our team in Belton, Missouri. In this hands-on position, you'll work on residential and commercial projects throughout the Kansas City metro, providing concrete lifting and leveling (polyjacking), concrete repair, and professional floor coating services. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, learns quickly, and understands the importance of providing an excellent experience for every customer. Prior construction or similar hands-on experience is preferred. We provide paid training on our specialized concrete lifting and floor coating systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and repair concrete surfaces prior to floor coating applications. Install professional concrete floor coating systems at residential and commercial properties. Perform concrete lifting and leveling using polyurethane injection (polyjacking). Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites. Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Properly operate and care for company tools and equipment. Follow all equipment, material, and job-site safety procedures. Communicate professionally and courteously with customers throughout the project. Explain completed work and basic care instructions to customers when needed. Complete basic job information, documentation, and upload completed job pictures. Work collaboratively with other PolyMagic team members to complete projects efficiently and to our quality standards.
The ideal candidate:
Has prior construction, concrete, flooring, coatings, or similar hands-on experience. Is dependable, self-motivated, and shows up ready to work. Takes pride in doing high-quality work. Is a quick learner and willing to learn new equipment and techniques. Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Can stand, bend, kneel, squat, and perform physical work throughout the day. Can safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
