Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Carpet Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing carpets and related flooring materials in residential settings, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. Your hands-on skills and knowledge of construction techniques will contribute to transforming homes with durable, attractive flooring solutions. Receive a steady stream of pre-vetted jobs managed by our central office. We handle all job aquisitions and scheduling on your behalf, while you maintain full autonomy over your availability and working hours! This is a 1099, independent contractor position hiring in Saint Robert, Rolla, Osage Beach, Lebanon and surrounding areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in carpet installation including textured, berber, pattern matches, stairs, tack down and glue down applications and upholstery work. Familiarity with cut sheet and blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site procedures.

High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Communication:
Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with both the home office team and end clients.
Equipment:
Must possess a comprehensive set of personal trade tools, reliable transportation, and equipment necessary to independently complete standard industry tasks.
Insurance Compliance:
Must maintain active general liability and workman's comp insurance. Prior to the commencement of any work, the contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming our organization as a certificate holder. All individuals who will be on a job site must be able to pass a background check. Any felonies is an automatic disqualifier. Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites combined with excellent attention to detail ensures quality workmanship. $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
