If you're dependable, willing to work hard, and interested in learning a skilled trade, we'll provide the training you need to become a professional hardwood flooring craftsman. No flooring experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Learn Hardwood floor installation Prefinished and unfinished flooring installation Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing Moisture testing and subfloor preparation Layout and measuring techniques Stair installations Trim installation Board replacement and repairs Job site organization and customer service Professional tool use and maintenance You'll work directly with experienced installers who will train you every step of the way. Responsibilities Assist with job site preparation. Carry and organize materials. Learn to safely operate flooring tools and equipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Protect customer homes during installation. Assist with sanding, finishing, installation, and cleanup. Learn proper installation techniques and quality standards. Show up on time every day ready to learn. What We're Looking For No experience required. Strong work ethic. Dependable attendance. Positive attitude. Willingness to learn a skilled trade. Team player. Pride in doing quality work. Construction or woodworking experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Lift up to 70 pounds. Work on your knees and feet throughout the day. Comfortable performing physical work in residential and commercial environments. Requirements Valid driver's license preferred.
