Join Montana Concrete Polishing as a Concrete Flooring Technician Montana Concrete Polishing is Montana's leading polished concrete and resinous flooring contractor. We are hiring a full-time Concrete Flooring Technician to join our Missoula team. This is a hands-on skilled trade position with paid training, strong starting pay, full benefits, and clear opportunities for advancement. No prior concrete flooring experience is required. We will train the right person. What You'll Do Prepare, grind, polish, and coat concrete floors Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and specialty application equipment Assist with polished concrete and resinous flooring installations Travel to commercial job sites throughout Montana and surrounding areas Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Work as part of a professional installation crew What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Basic mechanical or construction knowledge is preferred Willingness to travel during the work week up to 100% of the time Trailer towing or equipment experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $25.00+/hour DOE Health insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Paid travel and lodging for out-of-town work Basic tools provided Opportunities for advancement and professional development Schedule Primarily 4-day workweeks (10-hour shifts) Occasional Fridays, weekends, and night work depending on project schedule If you're looking for a long-term career in a growing skilled trade industry, we would like to hear from you.
