Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring proper moisture levels for optimal epoxy adhesion Mix and apply epoxy coatings accurately according to technical specifications and schematics Install various flooring materials including vinyl, hardwood, tile, carpet, and drywall as needed for comprehensive floor refinishing projects Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install flooring components with precision Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to execute installation tasks correctly Ensure all work complies with building installation safety standards and industry regulations Perform restoration work such as water damage repair, floor refinishing, buffing, and surface preparation for a flawless finish Experience Proven experience in epoxy floor installation and flooring project execution across commercial or residential sites Strong background in construction estimating, and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on expertise with construction site safety protocols and building material installation techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment effectively Knowledge of tile laying, trim carpentry, fixture installation, drywall finishing, concrete finishing, and remodeling projects is highly desirable Experience in the restoration industry or water damage restoration adds valuable insight to the role Prior handyman experience or construction painting background is a plus for versatile project support Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to excellence in flooring installation!
