Someone may start as a laborer. A good laborer can become an installer. A good installer can become a lead installer. A strong lead who understands the entire project—not just how to roll epoxy—can have an opportunity to participate financially in the jobs they help manage. If you already have flooring experience, tell us what systems you know and what parts of an installation you can perform without supervision.
