ABOUT US

EverSet Floors is building its network of experienced LVP installers and crews serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. We work with homeowners and property investors and value quality workmanship, clear communication, and respect for customers' homes. Individual installers and established crews are welcome.

COMPENSATION

Project and piece-rate compensation based on our subcontractor rate sheet. Rates, scope, and payment terms are reviewed before you accept an assignment. Trim, stairs, flooring removal, and subfloor preparation are priced separately when included in the approved scope. Work is project based and subject to availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Install LVP flooring with proper preparation, layout, and finishing Perform flooring repairs and subfloor preparation within the agreed scope Remove existing flooring when included in the project Install transitions, trim, and stairs based on your experience Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, safe job sites Communicate progress and flag unexpected conditions before performing additional work Complete accepted assignments within the agreed schedule and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of LVP installation experience Your own professional tools and reliable transportation Recent project photos and references Active general liability insurance of at least $1 million, with EverSet Floors LLC named as additional insured before work begins Dependable communication and professional conduct Completed onboarding documents and subcontractor agreement

PREFERRED

Experience with click-lock and glue-down LVP Trim, baseboard, stair, and flooring repair experience Established small crew English/Spanish bilingual crew lead
