Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patch repair) and apply epoxy/urethane coatings. Utilize hand tools and general construction skills for precise, high-quality finishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform manual labor, maneuver heavy machinery, and stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transport to our Wake Forest, NC shop.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to work out-of-town or work flexible hours as project schedules require.

Experience:
