- Supervise and lead installation projects from start to finish
- Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Provide guidance and direction to installation team members Pay Structure We offer performance-based pay — you earn a percentage of each job instead of a flat hourly rate. This means the faster and more efficiently you work, the more you make. With this structure, our crew members regularly earn the equivalent of $25
