Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installers with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various tile installation including, custom showers, floors, specialty work and waterproofing showers. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles and the ability to read blueprints and job paperwork. The Installer will work on-site, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction, and drug-free. Responsibilities Install waterproofing, tiles, and other materials according to the paperwork. Perform restoration tasks related to water damage and other construction needs. Read and interpret blueprints and job paperwork to ensure accurate installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process. Skills Proficient in tile laying techniques and installation. Experience as a tile installer with a solid understanding of construction practices. Ability to read blueprints, job paperwork, and technical drawings accurately. Strong construction estimating skills for project planning and execution. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
