You should work well with a crew and just as well by yourself. Attention to detail is a must. This is hands-on, physical work, and we want someone who is not afraid of it. Job Duties
• Operate heavy push grinders and other floor prep equipment
• Lay epoxy and handle chemicals correctly and safely
• Prep surfaces and assist with all stages of the flooring process
• Stay on the job until the project is finished
• Keep a high standard of quality and detail on every floor Requirements
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Reliable transportation is required, you must have your own vehicle
• Reliable attendance
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently alone or as part of a team
• Some construction experience preferred, but not required Pay and Advancement
• Starting pay is $22/hr
• Pay raises are available after the probation period for team members who show up on time, no call outs, and consistently demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
