Experience is a major advantage, especially in: Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing Operating professional sanding equipment Staining and color application Water-based and oil-based finishes Buffing, recoating, edging, and detailed finish work Proper jobsite preparation and dust-control techniques The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service and takes pride in being clean, neat, professional, and respectful inside customers' homes.

Compensation and Benefits:
