Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring and wall tiles, ensuring precise craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces through expert tile laying, epoxy floor installation, and comprehensive restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your skills in building material installation, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately according to construction plans and schematics Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or primers for optimal tile adhesion Install epoxy floors, vinyl floors, hardwood, carpets, and other flooring materials with precision Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure tiles and flooring materials Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure correct placement and alignment of tiles and fixtures Perform floor refinishing, water damage restoration, and floor care to maintain quality standards Follow building installation safety compliance protocols at all times during project execution Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, building material installation, and remodeling projects Hands-on experience with tile laying, epoxy floor installation, carpet installation, vinyl floor installation, hardwood floor installation, and floor refinishing Knowledge of schematics, blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to flooring and building installations Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and renovation work Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, trim carpentry tools, concrete finishing equipment, buffing machines, and various power tools Prior construction site experience emphasizing safety compliance in building installation environments Additional handyman experience or carpentry skills are highly valued for versatile project support Join us in creating beautiful spaces through expert craftsmanship!
