We are seeking a dependable, motivated Floor Technician / Project Specialist to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering quality work, enjoy hands-on projects, and have experience with commercial floor care, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Strip, wax, seal, burnish, and maintain hard floor surfaces. Operate commercial floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers. Perform carpet cleaning, extraction, and specialty floor maintenance. Complete project work such as deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup. Follow all safety procedures and properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Other tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous floor care or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor finishes and maintenance procedures. Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings or weekends when needed.
