Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to oversee and execute flooring installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on-site. This role requires a strong understanding of flooring materials and installation techniques, along with leadership abilities to coordinate tasks effectively and deliver exceptional results. Duties Lead and supervise flooring installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications. Oversee the preparation of work sites, including surface assessment and necessary adjustments prior to installation. Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficient workflow. Perform flooring installations, including laying, cutting, fitting, and finishing various types of flooring materials. Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations. Maintain safety protocols on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project managers regarding project status and any issues that arise. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to identify and resolve any issues promptly. Train and mentor junior installers to develop their skills and ensure consistency in workmanship. Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, with a strong focus on various flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, or vinyl. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or installation setting is preferred. Excellent knowledge of flooring installation techniques and tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to flooring layouts. Commitment to safety standards and procedures in the workplace. Physical stamina and dexterity required for lifting heavy materials and working in various environments. Pay:

$180.00 - $250.00 per day
