National company has exclusive contract with Midwest Flooring Installation with over 15 stores, this area alone. We offer competitive pay, especially since our team handles the scheduling, customer communications, measurements, and material coordination, you do not have to do any of this. Each job includes a detailed work order with clear installation instructions, and our office provides support through the process. You go in as the artisan, practice your craft, and get paid every Friday. You must have your own tools and vehicle. You must have general liability ins and workmans comp. You must have a social security number. We are currently seeking experienced carpet installers in Oklahoma and Arkansas. If you work with a helper or a crew, each person must have a social security number and be able to pass a background check. Once the background check is approved, each installer issued a photo identification badge. The badge must be worn on every job site, and no one is permitted on job site without an approved background check and company-issued badge. Once the installer is hired and put on the roster, the installer fills out an availability sheet on days available and gives us a daily capacity of how many sq ft. they can get done on that day. The schedulers then schedule the jobs according to their capacity. The schedule is made without talking to the installer unless there are special circumstances that need to be discussed about the job. Scheduled jobs are emailed at least 3 days to one week in advance. The team is always available to the installer once he arrives on a job if he has a question or problems arise. If the install needs time off or have a side job the installers are responsible for letting us know in advance. We are looking for someone willing to take on steady work.
