Job Summary I am seeking a hard working individual to work as a Flooring Installer assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and a background in carpet and hardsurface flooring installation. Experience working with your hands and operating hand/ power tools is necessary.. This role involves working with various flooring materials and ensuring that installations meet high-quality standards. Duties Install various types of flooring including carpet, linoleum, vinyl, lvp, laminate, hardwood, and more; In both commercial and residential settings. Perform tasks with detail given by main installer to assist in installing floor coverings. Eager to learn proper installation requirement and techniques to maintain Disassemble/assemble and move fixtures as needed during the flooring installation process. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations. Regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs Lay flooring accurately while ensuring proper alignment and spacing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and throughout the installation process. Collaborate with main installer to ensure timely project completion.
