Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ceramic Tile Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality ceramic tiles across various residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to beautiful, lasting finishes on a variety of building surfaces. Duties Measure, cut, and lay ceramic tiles according to project specifications and technical drawings Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar Install various flooring types. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete installations efficiently and accurately Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure proper layout and alignment of tiles Perform floor refinishing, caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation as needed Maintain a clean work environment by managing debris and ensuring safety compliance throughout the project Requirements Proven experience in construction installation, including flooring, tile laying, carpentry, or remodeling projects is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate Skilled in handling hand tools and power tools used in flooring and building material installation Familiarity with building installation safety standards and regulations Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Valid construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints and technical plans confidently Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting building projects!
