We are seeking an experienced Flooring Project Coordinator to join our Lawrenceville office. Position Overview This is an in‑office role responsible for coordinating floor‑covering installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings extensive flooring expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for our retail partner, installers, and customers Schedule installation appointments and confirm details with customers Monitor installation progress and manage warranty‑related calls Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Provide guidance and support to field technicians to ensure high‑quality installations Position Requirements Minimum 3 years of flooring installation experience Strong knowledge of multiple flooring surfaces Intermediate computer proficiency Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to pass a background check Additional Details This is a Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm in‑office position Remote work is not available Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
