River City Resin is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Floor Specialist to join our growing epoxy flooring team. The Floor Specialist will be responsible for helping transform residential, commercial, and industrial concrete surfaces into high-quality, durable finished floors. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to develop specialized skills in the epoxy flooring and decorative concrete industry. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, crack repair, and other preparation techniques. Assist with mixing and installing epoxy, polyaspartic, and other concrete coating systems. Apply coatings, flakes, metallic finishes, and other decorative flooring systems. Operate floor grinders, vacuums, mixers, and other specialized equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Protect surrounding walls, cabinets, equipment, and other areas during installation. Follow installation procedures and company standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Inspect completed work for imperfections and address issues before the project is considered complete. Load, unload, maintain, and properly store tools and equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer specifications. Represent River City Resin professionally on every job.
