We're looking for a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at Wind River. This role goes beyond tile installation — depending on knowledge and experience, our tile setter may also work with our trim carpenters on cabinet installs, custom built-ins, and finish work. The right candidate is versatile, dependable, and committed to quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Install tile for showers, backsplashes, and flooring with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with trim carpenters on cabinetry, built-ins, and finishing work as needed Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings Ensure proper layout, spacing, and alignment of tile projects Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean work area Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time and to company standards Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and teammates Qualifications At least 5 years of tiling or finish carpentry experience preferred Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work well as part of a team and follow direction Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills Strong communication skills
