To be extra clear, this is NOT a year round position, only seasonal for the holidays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and outdoor work, with required experience with ladders. This role involves working at height, so ladder experience is

REQUIRED

for this position. The Installer will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards, and excellent customer service. It is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We can train you on the actual installations, and you'll be paired with an experienced installer to start. 40 hours/week is the minimum, but we do install lights 6 days/week. If you're open to OT, there will be plenty, but not a requirement. Duties

• Install holiday/Christmas lights custom fit to customers homes and trees.
• We work outside, at height, in all weather.
• Work on a team to install and remove lights quickly and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles to and from different work sites.
• Maintain and organize, equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure optimal performance during installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Qualifications
• Previous experience with ladders is required. Painters, roofers, window cleaners, etc.
• Previous holiday lighting experience is not required, but will go a long way in the hiring process.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, construction, and ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks that may require lifting or moving heavy materials.
• Strong preference for candidates who currently work seasonally.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment are essential for success in this role.
• Strong preference for candidate with their own truck or SUV End of season bonus based on total number of installs up to $5/hr additional pay.
