Spartan is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Coating Installer to lead residential and commercial flooring projects throughout the DFW Metroplex. This position is responsible for managing projects from surface preparation through final completion while leading installation crews, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities include preparing concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and surface preparation; mixing and applying epoxy, polyaspartic, decorative flake, metallic, quartz, and protective coating systems; supervising and training crew members; managing job sites; customer communication ; performing quality inspections to ensure all work meets Spartan standards; safely operating and maintaining flooring equipment, hand tools, and power tools; and assisting with related installation services, including painting, cabinetry, trim work, slat wall systems, overhead storage, and other specialty installations.
