You'll help decorate homes and businesses throughout DFW, working with our lead installers to deliver clean, professional installations. What you'll do: Install lights along rooflines, wrap trees, and decorate bushes. Install wreaths, garland, and ground lighting. Set up ladders, organize materials, and prepare lights. Troubleshoot lighting issues and keep job sites clean. Help remove and organize decorations after the holidays. Who we're looking for: Reliable people who show up on time and follow directions. Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and working at heights with proper equipment and training. Able to carry ladders and materials and stay active throughout the day. Careful with customers' homes and attentive to detail. Reliable transportation to our meeting location. Available for early starts and some weekends during peak season. Christmas light installation experience is a plus. Roofing, gutter installation, window cleaning, construction, or pressure washing experience is also helpful. We're willing to train the right person.

Pay:

Based on experience, with performance bonus opportunities.

Schedule:

Seasonal installation work during the fall and holiday season, with takedown work after the holidays. Hours depend on scheduling and weather.
