M-F, 8-5a, Tues-Thursday in office

As a Senior Buyer, you'll play an important role in supporting the Purchasing team while helping drive process improvements, strengthen commercial performance, and deliver exceptional internal customer service. Your expertise in contract management, negotiation, purchasing processes, and Oracle EBS will help ensure the organization gets the right products and services at the right value while maintaining strong supplier partnerships.   • Senior Buyer
  • , you will: +
  • Manage Contracts:
  • Lead contract management activities and support contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers. +
  • Drive Process Improvement:
  • Analyze purchasing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and value. +
  • Resolve Purchasing Issues:
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, ensuring issues are addressed promptly. +
  • Support Internal Teams:
  • Train teammates on properly creating and submitting purchase requisitions. +
  • Serve as a
Purchasing Resource:
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for Purchasing-related questions and processes across the organization. +
  • Build Supplier Relationships:
  • Apply strong negotiation and vendor-management skills to support favorable commercial outcomes. +
  • Deliver Exceptional Service:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal teams while supporting their purchasing needs. +
  • Champion Safety:
  • Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. +
  • Collaborate Across the
Organization:
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure purchasing activities support operational priorities and business objectives. +
  • Travel as
Needed:
  • Support business needs through occasional travel. What You Bring Required Qualifications +
  • Bachelor's degree
  • in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. +
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS.
  • + •1+ year of experience in contract management and negotiation•+ Demonstrated success negotiating with vendors and managing commercial relationships.

+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and maintaining high housekeeping standards. Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in the

  • IT industry
  • . +
  • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
  • certification. + Additional or advanced experience with
  • Oracle EBS
  • . + Proven success negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors. + Experience identifying and implementing purchasing process improvements. + Experience training or mentoring internal stakeholders on procurement processes.
